Notice of Cessation of Operations
As of 17 February 2026, the company has ceased operations. No new clients are accepted and platform access is no longer available.
Following the discontinuation of our services, former clients who have an outstanding account balance may submit a reimbursement request.

Requests must be sent from the email address previously registered with your account and should include:
- A brief description of the account and the remaining balance (if known)
- The destination for the refund (bank account or wallet details)
- Any additional information that may help us identify your account
For security and verification purposes, we may request additional documentation, including proof of identity (e.g., a government-issued photo ID). In certain cases, you may be asked to provide a photograph of yourself holding the ID to confirm identity.
Refunds will be processed only after successful verification and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy remain applicable with respect to account termination, outstanding balances, dispute resolution, and data retention obligations, and remain publicly accessible.
